Dear Barracuda Families,

(Apologies, the practice table omitted some afternoon practice times. All other information remains the same.)

Congratulations swimmers on a great meet this week. Many of you noticed that there was a hiccup with merging results from last week and our swimmers were all entered with NT (no times) this weekend. This has been resolved. Thanks for understanding! Please see the information for this week and plan to come to photos on Tuesday.

Photo and Tie-Dye Night: Tuesday from 5:30–8:00 PM in place of regular practice.

Please have swimmers wear their team suit and bring their white team t-shirt. Individual photos may be taken anytime between 5:30 and 7:45 PM.

Our team photo will be taken promptly at 6:45 PM on the lawn. If you would like your swimmer included in the team picture, please make sure they arrive before 6:45 PM.

Following the team photo, we'll have a tie-dye station set up for swimmers to decorate their team shirts. Please make sure your child is not wearing clothing that could be damaged by dye.

Families are encouraged to stay and join the fun! Feel free to bring a picnic dinner and enjoy the evening together. This is a family event, and we can't wait to see everyone there.

Board Volunteer Opportunities

As we look ahead to the remainder of this season and begin planning for next year, we are seeking volunteers to fill several important board positions:

-Communications Coordinator

-Webmaster

-SJST League Representative

-Computer Lead (for next season)

These roles are critical to the success of our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Unlike many volunteer positions, these roles are heavily involved on the administrative and organizational side of the team and do not require volunteer shifts during swim meets.
