Families,

We want to share an important update regarding this year’s volunteer expectations. Each family will be asked to complete a total of 10 volunteer shifts over the course of the summer. These contributions are essential to keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for all our swimmers.

Volunteer shift signups will open on May 1 at 7:00 PM. We encourage you to sign up early to secure the shifts that work best for your schedule.

Signups can be accessed via SwimTopia: from the homepage select the Volunteertab then select Event/Meet Volunteer Sign-ups.

Once live, the signup links will show up as a green button to the right of events where volunteer shifts are required. Refer to the image for an example of what it will look like when the signups are live.
