Barracuda families,

We hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather this winter, and that you are ready for the upcoming swim season!!! You will find both team registration and spring swim sign-up links below as well as the upcoming date for the suit fitting.

Registration for the 2026 Swim Season is OPEN!

Click HERE for the registration link or visit our Barracuda SwimTopia webpage and find the link on the home page along with our proposed schedule for the year. Swim fees are not due at the time of registration but must be paid in-person at the Village Center between April 7 and May 28.

Meet Attendance and Volunteer Requirement:

Grant Ranch regular-season meets are held on Saturday mornings starting at the end of May. Swimmers must attend two meets to be eligible for the League Meet at the end of the season. When registering, you must do so with the intent of swimming the entire regular season, though we understand that swimmers may have to miss a meet or two due to illness, a family emergency, or some other unavoidable situation.

Our meets are run entirely with parent volunteers. Your participation is required for the success and enjoyment of the season. We request that if you have signed up for a shift and cannot fulfill the duty, please reach out to another parent to cover the shift. If you do not fulfill all volunteer requirements, you will forfeit the volunteer check at the end of the season. Thank you for your cooperation!

Practice Times:

Daily practices for the Barracudas will begin in May. We are hoping the weather cooperates and we can hold after-school practices starting May 18 with morning practices beginning on May 28. The anticipated practice schedule can be found on Swimtopia. Swimmers are expected to practice at their age group’s scheduled time only, unless swimmer's have received prior permission from Coach Maddie to come at a different time.

Spring Swim sign-up is OPEN!

Spring Swims will take place on Sundays at Lilley Gulch Rec Center starting on March 29. Practices will be 45 minutes for each session. Spring swims are optional but are an excellent opportunity to get in the water before our first meet of the season.

Team Gear:

Suit and Gear Fitting Night: April 7th 4:30-6:00 pm at Grant Ranch Village Center

Our Barracuda team store is in the works. We will post to Swimtopia as soon as possible. The purchase of a team suit is optional, but highly recommended. You will have a chance to order personalized swim caps and other fun gear through the Out of Breath store as soon as that goes live.
